M-Reporter Application is use to capture photo with user's location, and upload it on server , for different events, it is basically use for reporting purpose using mobile's camera.

Basic functionality of application is Mobile application will capture images from its default camera device and upload it to the live web server at regular interval of times. End user can view these images at same point to time as well as later he/she can maintain theirs account. End-user can view those images on the pre-specified web URL.
